Nicky Ramsden

Nicky moved to Wanaka in 2002 and lives on a lifestyle block with her husband and son. Nicky established this service in 2004 after seeing a real need for buyers to be supported in the market whilst selling their own property.

Nicky has a deep and genuine obsession for achieving perfect results in every job she takes on, an in depth knowledge of the Central Otago region, a serious love of real estate, and is ideally placed to help you find your desired property.

Nicky holds a Real Estate Salesperson and Agency National Certificate and is licensed with the Real Estate Agents Authority of New Zealand. She has extensive experience in client service and liaison through a career as a qualified health professional and in the wine industry.
