Thanks to Nicky, I have been able to purchase my dream property near Wanaka.

I arranged three weekend visits to Wanaka to look for land. Not sure where to start, and not inspired by what I was seeing online, I made contact with Nicky.

Within five hours of our initial discussion she sent me an email which kept me awake all night with excitement. Already she had spent a couple of hours on the phone “fossicking” through potential real estate opportunities, some of which weren’t yet on the market.

Probably the biggest challenge she had was my modest budget. Between our initial call and my first visit a week and a half later, she sent through lots of information and ideas to gauge my reaction.

Our family was keen to buy a holiday home in Wanaka. During a visit to Wanaka in the school holidays we began looking at properties.
